Sunglass Hut signs on Lincoln Road, plans biggest U.S. location

Retailer Sunglass Hut is set to open its biggest store in the country on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road, the Miami Herald reported. The new space, which will be located at 845 Lincoln Road, is set to open this summer. The company also announced it would be closing one of its two other Lincoln Road locations, at 1021 Lincoln Road. “Miami is the birthplace of Sunglass Hut, so it’s the perfect market to really expand some of the categories we know our customers are looking for,” said John Haugh, executive vice president and general manager at Sunglass Hut North America. “Miami is a one of the top three markets for us, along with New York and Los Angeles.” [Miami Herald]
