Education firm signs lease in Boca Raton

Science and math tutoring firm IMACS of South Florida has signed a 3,600-square-foot lease at Sandalfoot Plaza in Boca Raton, according to Brenner Real Estate, which represented the tenant in the deal. IMACS is relocating and expanding from its original Coconut Creek location. The landlord, a limited liability company called Sandalfoot Plaza Boca, was represented by Reichel Realty’s Dan Casey. Brenner’s Adam Starr handled the transaction for IMACS. “This move allows [IMACS] to expand their curriculum and draw a greater number of students from the best private and public schools within the two counties,” Starr said. — Alexander Britell
