Gulf Stream condo project tops out construction

The 4001 North Ocean condominium project in Gulf Stream has topped out construction, according to KAST Construction. The six-story, 34-unit project, which is located between Boca Raton and Palm Beach, is being developed by the Kolter Urban Group. “The topping out is a significant milestone in the life cycle of new building construction,” said Michael Neal, president of KAST. It is the first new development in 30 years in Gulf Stream, according to Bob Vail, president of Kolter. — Alexander Britell
