New Boynton Beach rental community completes construction

The Peninsula on the Intracoastal rental community in Boynton Beach has completed construction, the Sun Sentinel reported. The project, which was purchased in 2010 by a joint partnership between Boca Raton’s Altman Companies and Miami-based Integra Solutions, had been stalled during the downturn. After a Deerfield Beach developer purchased the site, it was foreclosed upon by PNC Bank, which is currently marketing the property through ARA in Atlanta. [Sun Sentinel]
