Taxable values in Broward County’s Cooper City are slated to grow by 8.24 percent this year, the largest increase of any municipality in Broward County, according to 2012 estimates provided to the Miami Herald by the Broward County Property Appraiser’s office. Fort Lauderdale showed a 1.5 percent projected increase for 2012 in comparison.  “Market indicators and residential sales from the first few months of 2012 reflect slight increases in most parts of Broward County,” Property Appraiser Lori Parrish said in a statement.  [Miami Herald]
