New Yorker Finneran buys second PB property

Palm Beach resident William Finneran has followed up his $17 million purchase of a home in Palm Beach in 2007 with a $3.1 million buy at 210 Eden Road, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The home, which was listed for $3.495 million by Barclays International Realty, was sold by Helen Appel, who lives in New York City. Finneran is a founding partner at EXOP Capital, also in New York. The property was designed by architect Randall Stofft and built in 1995; Gary Pohrer of K2 Realty represented Finneran. [Palm Beach Daily News]
