Digital Risk expands to Boca Raton as PBC continues attracting out-of-market tenants

Mortgage risk firm Digital Risk has expanded to a Boca Raton office, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The company, which is based in Maitland, will add 150 new employees in the coming three months, in what could mean a boost to the Palm Beach County commercial market. “We are thrilled that Digital Risk, with its impressive growth and commitment to creating quality jobs, has selected Palm Beach County,” said Kelly Smallridge, CEO of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. Boca Raton Mayor Susan Whelchel said the move represented a continuing trend of new employers heading to the city.
