Former Davie mobile home park lot sells for $20.7 million

The former Palma Nova mobile home park in Davie has been sold for $20.69 million, according to Berger Commercial Realty, which represented the buyer, Industrial Development International. The seller was Silver Oaks Land Owner, a limited liability company. IDI has submitted plans to the town of Davie to build 700,000 square feet of industrial warehouses spread among four buildings on the tract, which is located at SW 56th Avenue and SW 36th Street. “IDI saw the value in developing what may be Broward’s last major industrial park,” said Berger President Lloyd Berger. “It has been some time since we’ve seen new industrial development in the county.” — Alexander Britell
