CBRE to lease, manage WPB office tower

CBRE has been awarded the leasing and property management assignments for Breakers Capital’s office tower at 1700 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach. Anthony Librizzi, vice president, and Joshua Nolan, associate, have been appointed the exclusive leasing agents for the property, while Cindy Hatcher, real estate manager and Harriet Saunders, real estate services administrator, will handle the property management under South Florida Director Lisa Jesmer. Breakers Capital recently acquired the 114,000-square-foot property from DRA Advisors, in a deal also brokered by CBRE. — Alexander Britell
