West Palm Beach’s Esperante Corporate Center signs two new tenants

The Esperante Corporate Center in West Palm Beach has signed two new tenants to leases, according to CBRE, which represented the landlord in the transactions. Tampa-based insurance law firm Merlin Law Group has signed a 3,500-square-foot deal, while New York-based GenNx360 Management Company has taken 1,334 square feet at the complex. “As the market continues to improve in Palm Beach, quality premier assets will likely attract the majority of the activity,” said Anthony Librizzi, vice president at CBRE. “The firms we are welcoming to Esperante desire a distinguished presence, stable and secure ownership and high-end amenities.” — Alexander Britell
