Trump Hollywood reports sellout

Trump Hollywood is reporting that the condominium project is now sold out. The project, which re-launched in January 2011, has since sold 179 units for $276 million. Including prior sales, the number rises to 200 units and a total of $306 million. “Congratulations to [developer] BH3, the whole development team and everyone working on Trump Hollywood, it’s been an amazing success,” Donald Trump said in a statement. ” BH3 purchased the mortgage on the project in 2010 from Related for $160 million. Trump was involved through a licensing deal. “We are thrilled that we have been successful in putting Hollywood on the map as an ultra-luxurious residential destination,” said Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune Development Sales, which is Trump Hollywood’s sales partner. — Alexander Britell
