Coral Gables home sells for $11 million

An eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom home at 485 Leucadendra Drive in Coral Gables has sold for $11 million, according to Avatar Real Estate Services, which brokered the deal. The firm’s Toni Schrager and Saddy Delgado co-listed the property and handled both sides of the transaction. The 10,916-square-foot property, which has 450 feet of waterfront, transacted in 90 days, according to Avatar. The seller of the property was Debra Wechsler, according to Miami-Dade County records.
