Miami’s rebound turns into seller’s market

With that perfect cocktail of increasing home prices and dwindling home inventory, the bidding war is back in Miami real estate, the Miami Herald reported. That trend also means sellers are reluctant to unload their homes unless they have to. “A few years ago, there was such a bounty of choices and prices,” said Keller Williams’ Jason Smith. “But it took some courage to pull the trigger back then.” Despite the improvement, however, picking for financing remains quite slim.
