Related pays out $3.2 million in commissions

Related ‘s Jorge Perez delivered a giant check for $3.2 million for to brokers representing the company’s MyBrickell project in Miami last week. MyBrickell, which was the first new condo project to break ground in Miami since the condo end of the condo bust, has now poured the concrete for the last column of its ground floor. Another Related project, the nearby Millecento Residences on South Miami Avenue, is over 92 percent under reservation, according to the company. That project, which is designed in partnership with Italian company Pininfarina (famous for its Ferrari designs), should break ground this fall. — Alexander Britell
