Colliers International South Florida adds Kevin Rude

Miami-based Colliers International South Florida has named Kevin Rude its new director of property management services, the firm announced today. Rude will be responsible for all operations of the company’s property management arm, including office, retail, industrial and multi-family assets. “Kevin is among a small group of recognized leaders in the commercial property management arena in the United States,” Colliers International South Florida CEO Stephen Nostrand said.
