Greenacres approves Verona Estates plan

Greenacres’ city council has given the go-ahead to developer Stefan Hoyer’s planned 53-home Verona Estates community, the Palm Beach Post reported. The project, which will be located on a 11.9-acre site, could begin work in December, with the first new homes built in February 2013.
