West Palm Beach’s City Palms condo launches 150-unit bulk sale

West Palm Beach’s City Palms condominium has placed 150 unsold units on the market as a potential bulk sale, the Palm Beach Post reported. The property, which was the final project built during the condo boom in West Palm, is located at 480 Hibiscus Street. “It’s a momentous thing, the last block of this size inventory left,” said NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Chairman Neil Merin. “It’s a great opportunity and will create momentum to clean up the market.” The deal includes 150 of the 288 total units at the project.
