Fort Lauderdale Ramada Inn loses $11.9 million foreclosure judgment

U.S. Bank has succeeded in a foreclosure action concerning the mortgage on the Ramada Inn on Fort Lauderdale’s Marina Mile, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The $11.9 million judgment included a $7.9 million mortgage along with interest and fees. The 144-room, 71,161-square-foot property is located at 2275 State Road 84.
