The last remaining undeveloped bay front lot in Coconut Grove has been sold for $3.2 million, according to Avatar Real Estate Services, which handled the transaction. The tract, which is located at 3591 Rockerman Road in Coconut Grove, was purchased for $3.2 million. It was originally listed for $3.5 million. The 13,928-square-foot lot is zoned for residential use. Avatar’s Rob Feland and Carolina Echarte represented the buyer and seller in the deal. — Alexander Britell
