Juan Valdez Cafe among rumored tenants at Sunset Harbour Shops

Juan Valdez Cafe, Boston-based ice cream shop Emack & Bolio’s and eatery Fratelli la Bufala are among the tenants rumored to be heading to the planned Sunset Harbour Shops, according to Miami.com. The Sunset Harbour project, which is a mixed-use parking garage, is part of a renaissance for the neighborhood highlighted by the expansion of restaurant Pubbelly. Several other restaurants, including Lincoln Road’s El Rancho Grande and an unnamed bakery are also reportedly signing on. [Miami.com]
