Developer Wexford launches shared lab spaces at UM Life Science Park

Developer Wexford Science & Technology has launched a shared lab and office space at its University of Miami Life Science and Technology Park, which opened last year. Right Space Management has signed an agreement with the park to operate and manage what is called the Miami Innovation Center, a 40,000-square-foot complex that will occupy two floors at the park. “There is a cluster effect materializing at the University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park and across the Miami Health District,” said Bill Hunter, leasing manager at the park.
