Lionheart proposes luxury condos at site of Miami Heart Institute

Lionheart Capital, which purchased the Miami Heart Institute in February, is planning a 154-unit luxury condominium project on the site, the Miami Herald reported. “I see what’s happening here at the Miami Heart as a huge opportunity for all of us in Miami Beach,” said Ricardo Dunin, who is developing the project with Lionheart’s Ophir Sternberg. “As the world is changing and the market is changing, it opened the opportunity for us to do what we like doing, which is a very upscale residential project.” The project still requires changes to the future land-use designation and zoning at the site by the Miami Beach City Commission.
