Construction firm DP Development of the Treasure Coast has signed a lease for 52,272 square feet at the Moshe Farache construction yard in Pompano Beach. Landlord Moshe Farache was represented by Jeffrey Scott, senior vice president at Brenner Real Estate Group. DP Development was represented by Adam Armaganian of Arman & Adams Realty.
