Gables Estates home sells for $10.5 million

A home in the Gables Estates community of Coral Gables has sold for $10.5 million, according to Coldwell Banker broker Jeanne Nicastri. The Villa Anna Capri, which is located at 650 Casuarina Concourse, has a total of 14,000 square feet. It was originally listed for $15 million. The sellers were Anna May and Eugene Conese. The buyer, which was not disclosed, is a foreign corporation. “This sale is a serious indicator that ultra high-end buyers are truly back in the market,” said Nicastri, who is the founder of the Master Brokers Forum. — Alexander Britell
