Colliers completes almost 200,000 square feet of SF leases in one month

Mort Fetterolf, Colliers International South Florida’s vice president of industrial services, has completed almost 200,000 square feet of leases in less than 30 days. The largest deal was a 93,218-square-foot renewal by Agility Logistics Corporation at Beacon Industrial Park. “Prior to the restructure, Agility was paying above market rate on space it was not utilizing,” Fetterolf said. In another transaction, Fetterolf, along with commercial associate Erin Dee, represented business process services company SYNNEX in their relocation from Dolphin Commercial Center to Prologis’ Beacon Lakes in a 60,318-square-foot lease. Landlord Prologis was represented by State Street Realty’s George Pino and Ed Lyden. Colliers also represented plywood distributor Horizon Products International in a 44,010-square-foot deal at Flagler Station. Stuart Gordon represented landlord AEW. — Alexander Britell
