Espinosa Trueba signs deal at 1428 Brickell

Intellectual property law firm Espinosa Trueba has signed a five year, 4,400-square-foot lease at the 1428 Brickell Avenue office tower in Miami. The deal represents a significant increase from their previous space at 3001 SW 3rd Avenue in downtown Miami. “As we continue our expansion and approach the firm’s fifth anniversary, it is critical for us to be centrally located in downtown Miami’s thriving international business community,” said Jorge Espinosa, the firm’s founding member. “The new office provides the firm with the space that it needs to satisfy its growth plans.” — Alexander Britell
