Florida DHSMV completes construction of new Lauderdale Lakes facility

Florida’s Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has completed construction on its new 12,500-square-foot facility in Lauderdale Lakes, according to Berger Commercial Realty, which oversaw the buildout. The site is located at 3718 West Oakland Park Boulevard. Berger President Lloyd Berger said the design of the facility was “being used as a model for future DMV offices around the state.” Berger’s construction management team oversaw construction. — Alexander Britell
