NCSY relocates to Boca’s Fountains Center

The Southern Region of the National Conference of Synagogue Youth has signed a seven-year lease to relocate to the Fountains Center office and retail park in Boca Raton, which is located at 7200 West Camino Real. Terms of the 1,650-square-foot lease were not disclosed. Stateland Brown’s Ayal Frist leased the space. NSCY has already moved to the first floor of the three-story, 7,200-square-foot building, one of seven at Fountains Center. The deal is a move from NCSY’s longtime locations in Miami Beach and North Miami Beach. — Alexander Britell
