Kirk Felici named first vice president at Marcus & Millichap in Miami

Marcus & Millichap has promoted Kirk Felici from vice president to first vice president, according to John Kerin, president and CEO at the company. Felici is currently the regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami and Jacksonville offices, positions he will continue to hold. “Kirk’s superior management skills, brokerage expertise and excellent knowledge of the investment sales market make him a tremendous asset to our clients and investment specialists in Miami, Jacksonville and throughout Florida,” Kerin said.
