Tampa’s Whiskey Joe’s taking former Rickenbacker Fish Company space

The former Rickenbacker Fish Company space on Key Biscayne will soon be occupied by Whiskey Joe’s, a restaurant out of Tampa, Miami.com reported. The eatery is slated to open this month. “Whiskey Joe’s is a perfect fit for Miami,” said Martin Duffany, Whiskey Joe’s so-called “Partier-in-Chief.” “Key Biscayne is an awesome location and I think people are going to be blown away by the place.” The restaurant’s entry follows a large-scale renovation of the nearby Rusty Pelican. [Miami.com]
