Youfit signs for 12,000 square feet in Crossings Shopping VIllage

Youfit Health Clubs has signed a ten-year lease for 12,000 square feet in the Publix-anchored Crossings Shopping Village. The health club has only one other location in the Miami-Dade County, although it boasts 38 locations throughout Florida. Terranova Leasing Associate Manny Vacas represented the landlord in the deal. The facility will open this fall in the space located at 13059 SW 112th Street in Kendall. “This tenant is a perfect fit for the Crossings area, no pun intended,” Vacas said. “We had a great space to offer them in a great Publix center, and they didn’t have a location to serve the Kendall area.” — Christopher Cameron
