FCA, the North American investment arm of the Libra Group, has acquired 94 of the 110 units in the Oaks at Granada residential development in Tampa Bay. The apartments total around 121,000 square feet. It’s the latest Florida foray for FCA, whose real estate portfolio is approaching the 1 million-square-foot mark. The company will take full control of the board of directors of Oaks at Granada’s homeowners’ association, according to FCA CEO Frank Espinosa. — Alexander Britell
