Rigo Vision has signed a 5,716-square-foot industrial lease for its regional headquarters in Sunrise’s Waterside Commerce Center, according to Brenner Real Estate Group, which represented the tenant. The lease is for space at Waterside Commerce Center, which is located at 14073 NW 8th Street. The landlord, Waterside Commerce, represented itself. — Alexander Britell
