Rental firm signs 20,000-square-foot industrial lease in Miami Lakes

Luxe Event Rentals has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease with Seagis in Miami Lakes, according to Easton & Associates, which handled both sides of the transaction. Jim Armstrong, vice president at Easton, along with associate Michael Waite handled the deal for Easton. The property is located at 5854 Miami Lakes Drive in Miami Lakes. In a separate transaction, Easton announced a lease renewal by Omicron Supplies for 18,000 square feet in Miami. — Alexander Britell
