The Strand condominium in West Palm Beach is marketing 166 units in a bulk sale, the Palm Beach Post reported. The property, which is located at 255 Evernia Street, was built in 2002. Apartment Realty Advisors is marketing the property, which launched sales in 2005 after a condo conversion.
