Gables’ Santona Corner lists for $17 million

The Santona Corner mixed-use building in Coral Gables has been listed for sale at $17.2 million, according Marcus & Millichap, which has the exclusive listing on the property. The price on the 37,130-square-foot facility represents an average of $463 per square foot.
Douglas Mandel, vice president for investments at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office is leading marketing along with Benjamin Silver, a senior associate in the firm’s Miami office. The property, which is located at 1430 South Dixie Highway, is immediately next to the newly opened Shake Shack. — Alexander Britell
