Distribution firm renews 76,326-square-foot lease at Miramar Park of Commerce

Plastics distribution firm Bunzl Distribution Southeast has renewed its 76,326-square-foot lease at Miramar Park of Commerce. The company, which has 90 branches in North America, first expanded 18 months ago at the property, which is located at 9702-9376 Premier Parkway. “We chose to renew in Miramar Park of Commerce in large part because of the proximity to major highways for our trucks,” said Bunzl South Florida General Manager Viktor Frengut.
