Costa Hollywood to break ground in November

The Costa Hollywood condominium and hotel project is set to break ground in November, and has opened its sales office. The property, which is located at 327 Pierce Street in Hollywood, will include 260 rooms on five floors. The project’s sales center is located at 201 North Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach. It is the brainchild of developer Moses Bensusan, CEO of Liberty Grande. The property will include “Hollywood Village,” an outdoor mall featuring boutique shops, restaurants and even a synagogue. — Alexander Britell
