A mixed-use waterfront lot in Fort Lauderdale has listed for $15 million, according to Brian Smith of Florida Equities Commercial. The property, which is located on the north side of SE 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale, covers three acres on the Seminole River. It can occupy up to 400 residential units and 15 stories.
