The former haunt of notorious gangster Al Capone has been listed for sale, the New York Daily News reported. The property, which is located on Palm Island, is on the market for $9.95 million. “Two Versace South Beach villas could fit on this property,” said broker Jorge Alonso of Elliman Florida.
