Miami’s 600 Brickell adds floor to target small, medium-sized offices
Miami’s 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza office tower has added a floor targeting small and medium-sized businesses. The 15th floor of the downtown Miami project includes pre-constructed office suites. They are leased by developer Foram Group. The so-called “spec spaces” are aimed at the kind of office tenants who are sometimes ignored in larger office complexes, according to Jones Lang LaSalle’s Glenn Gregory. “Typically, the marketing and leasing program for a new-to-market office building targets larger tenants,” he said. Several firms have recently taken spaces on the floor, including Admiral Security Services and TCT Securities & Derivates, both of which signed for less than 2,000 square feet. — Alexander Britell
