Marcus & Millichap adds Steve Goldwyn to Fort Lauderdale office

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation has hired Steve Goldwyn as an associate director in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, according to William Hughes, senior vice president and managing director of the corporation. Goldwyn was most recently a commercial mortgage broker and transaction coordinator for Palmera Advisors in Fort Lauderdale. Goldwyn will arrange debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate, including multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties. — Alexander Britell
