Miami’s Midtown 2 condominium partners with furniture firm on “Soho” units

Midtown Miami has launched a collection of turn-key “Soho Midtown” unit designs as part of a partnership with furniture firm Tui Lifestyle. The units at the Midtown 2 apartment, includes artwork by abstract expressionist Anthony Liggins. It is the latest example of a condominium partnering with a furniture firm in Miami. Another furniture firm, Brazil-based Artefacto, has been working with a number of projects in the Miami area. Midtown developer Jack Cayre told The Real Deal last year that he envisioned Midtown as a “Soho South” neighborhood. Fortune International has been marketing sales at Midtown 2 earlier this year.  — Alexander Britell
