Boca Medical Plaza adds another new tenant at Fountains Center

Dr. Sara Levine has signed a seven-year lease for 1,732 square feet at the Fountains Center office and retail complex in Boca Raton. Levine is the latest in a slew of tenants to sign on at the park, which was acquired by Boca Medical Plaza in February. Ayal Frist of Boca Raton-based commercial brokerage firm Stateland Brown leased out the space on behalf of Fountains Center. Levine’s lease is at Suite 200 of 7100 West Camino Real, one of seven buildings within the mixed use complex. — Alexander Britell
