Palm Beach’s renovated Worth Avenue shopping district is set to see a slew of new leases for next season, with 150 Worth Center on track to become fully-leased this fall, the Palm Beach Post reported.  A Ferretti Yacht showroom at 125 Worth Avenue, a second Chase branch at 411 South County Road, the German jeweler Tamara Comolli and Garrett & dePorro Fine Art & Antiques at 150 Worth are among the new retailers coming to the area. “By Thanksgiving weekend, 150 Worth should be fully leased,” said Kelly Downey, a spokesperson for Goodman, which owns the center. Spaces at 256 Worth Avenue, 375 South County Road and all four retail spaces in the House of Kahn Via at 231-235 Peruvian Avenue have also been leased, although the tenants have yet to be announced.
