Terra Group has unveiled its plans for the Grove at Grand Bay project in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood. The project will include a 20-story pair of towers including 96 residences. Design firm Bjarke Ingles & Associates and landscape architecture firm Raymond Jungles will collaborate on the complex. “Within the next three years, the area will be completely redefined, and Grove at Grand Bay will play an important role in the new experience,” said Pedro Martin, CEO of Terra Group. Grove at Grand Bay will be located on the site of the former Grand Bay Hotel. Construction is slated to begin by the fourth quarter of 2012, with a planned completion date in the third quarter of 2014. — Alexander Britell
