American Apparel-leased building in Miami Beach lists for $13 million

The Espanola Way property currently leased by American Apparel in Miami Beach is being marketed for sale for $12.99 million, according to Marcus & Millichap’s Drew Kristol, who has the exclusive listing on the property along with Kirk Olson. The property, which is located at 1441 Washington Avenue, has a total of 18,745 square feet of leasable space on a 10,773-square-foot lot. Amami restaurant and Rush Miami Nightclub are also tenants at the property. — Alexander Britell
