Berger Commercial Realty’s Judy Dolan has closed on the sale of a multi-tenant industrial building in Riviera Beach. The 22,634-square-foot property, which is located at 4910 Dyer Boulevard, was purchased for $785,000 by Real Expo, a limited liability company.
