Coral Gables’ 55 Miracle Mile adds two tenants

The 55 Miracle Mile mixed-use building in Coral Gables has added two new tenants, according to leasing agent Colliers International South Florida. One deal was a 10-year lease signed by a hotel operator for 6,657 square feet, while the second was a 1,428-square-foot transaction by maritime law firm Maltzman & Partners. The building now has 3,570 square feet of vacant office space and 2,254 square feet of retail space on Miracle Mile. — Alexander Britell
