A vacant retail building in Pinecrest has been sold for $1.05 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, a Miami-based limited liability company. The property is located in the Village of Pinecrest retail center at 9619 South Dixie Highway. The buyer, a physical therapist, intends to renovate the property and then relocate his business from a nearby site, according to Marcus & Millichap’s Scott Sandelin, who had the exclusive listing. — Alexander Britell
